Stand 2 (Specialist Training & Development) Ltd was established in 1999, following a request to provide conflict management and personal safety training to a Midlands based hospital. This training was so well received that it was soon being delivered to all members of staff throughout the Trust.
 

From this success, supported by an ability to combine practical and experiential skills with those obtained through research and academia, Stand 2 has gone from strength to strength designing and delivering specialist training to high profile clients nationwide since 2002.

Stand2 works in collaboration with the National Open College Network (the leading awarding body within the security industry) to provide high quality specialist training and offer nationally recognised Awards.
 
 

In 2009 Stand 2 was awarded SIA Master Training Centre status.
